David has been a REALTOR in Los Angeles since 2012, and before that in New York City. Since arriving in LA, his business partnership with close friend Craig Spano — Craig and David Homes — has grown and flourished. From $500,000 condos to mansions in Beverly Hills — they have proven that two heads are better than one as savvy REALTORS, developers, designers and consultants. David has many individual career highlights, among them: He has appeared on “Million Dollar Listing LA.” In his first year selling real estate, he was Douglas Elliman’s “Rookie of the Year Manhattan 2011.” While in New York, his real estate website: prewarpassion.com was featured in a two-page spread in the NY Post.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR, David spent 20+ years in sales and relationship management roles in the financial sector. He’s a graduate of Tufts University, and Columbia Business School, with degrees in Economics, Finance, and Marketing. A self-taught architectural historian and designer, he maintains an impressive library of architectural books. He brings all these prior experiences, and knowledge, to the table on his client’s behalf. A formidable ally, he’s deeply concerned with his client’s needs and collaborative — unafraid to express his opinions with vigor.
