A real estate listing becomes a renovation and design project in an HPOZ — the first chapters of a story, still unfolding in Sunset Square.

We’ve often said that we like to think of renovations as life experience upgrades. However, we usually speak of them in terms of the work we do for clients. But here, Craig touts a design choice he’s incorporated into the “upgrade” of his own (new-ish) home, a specialty paint finish that will give you the look of natural stone.
