A Renovation in Glendale
Love it or List it? That was the question a family in Glendale were asking themselves. After spending a year searching for another house, the owners decided to embrace their 2800 sqft, 1980s contemporary single-family dwelling — so they consulted with C&D Homes about markedly transforming it into the home they always wanted.
We provided a plan and design that will maintain the current footprint while updating its features and layout consistent with a Mediterranean construction, ideal for California indoor/outdoor living. Already underway, the project replaces the roof (raising the roof line with soaring ceiling heights, in the process), installs new windows, creates a style-appropriate stair case, and provides them with a dream kitchen.
