Timing is everything I have always attempted to keep a fun-loving attitude during times of great pressure. But we were doing two stressful things at once: selling our beloved house of 22 years near Hancock Park and buying a new house in a new neighborhood on the edge of the mountains that everyone else wanted to buy, during an economic collapse and a pandemic. We highly recommend David Lubell! He really listened when we laid out our basic wish list for a new home. He got to know our personalities quickly and what would work (or not work) for us. He was extremely patient and understanding as he helped us through the process of buying our first home together. David introduced us to interesting new areas of Los Angeles that we had only been curious about before.
