Hollywood Hills

A scenic, secluded hillside neighborhood with amazing views.

Welcome to Hollywood Hills

Hollywood Hills evokes an aura of glamour and luxury. While the neighborhood embodies both descriptors, this community has a sylvan suburban feel with its eclectic assortment of homes and wooded spaces. Homes vary from impressive mansions to Spanish-style houses and smaller bungalows. The prevalent architectural style is mid-century modern, but each home is unique and elegant.

The neighborhood rests on a stunning hillside between the Cahuenga Pass and Santa Monica Mountains. From its location, residents can revel in the panoramic views of the city below. When the Hills were first developed, they were referred to as Hollywoodland. Although Hollywoodland has lost the "land" in its name, the quintessential Hollywood sign still stands over the city.

Today, residents enjoy the privacy of the Hills, granted by its hillside location. Though nestled in its secluded locale, the neighborhood is close to all the city provides. Hollywood Hill has its share of Michelin Star restaurants and luxury boutiques in the neighborhood.

Hollywood Hills is a highly pedestrian-friendly area, so many residents take their pets along for a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood. Indulging in luxury shopping is effortless for those living in Hollywood Hills. Residents can head to The Canyon for upscale fashion, home gifts, and vintage clothing. Lorenzo, boasting a curated selection of high-end fashion and accessories.
