About David Lubell

David has been a REALTOR in Los Angeles since 2012, and before that in New York City. Since arriving in LA, his business partnership with close friend Craig Spano — Craig and David Homes — has grown and flourished. From $500,000 condos to mansions in Beverly Hills — they have proven that two heads are better than one as savvy REALTORS, developers, designers and consultants. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, David spent 20+ years in sales and relationship management roles in the financial sector. He’s a graduate of Tufts University, and Columbia Business School, with degrees in Economics, Finance, and Marketing. A self-taught architectural historian and designer, he maintains an impressive library of architectural books. He brings all these prior experiences, and knowledge, to the table on his client’s behalf.
