This Tudor-revival style house built in 1929 is situated on 2.3 verdant acres studded with numerous 80+ year-old specimen trees. The house itself was in pretty bad shape when purchased, last renovated in the late 1960s when the prior owners purchased it. At about 8,000 square feet, this was a huge undertaking. Everything in the house needed to be updated. Originally consisting of 20 rooms, with 13 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, major reconfiguring was needed. In addition to the work in the main house, a pool and poolhouse were added, as well as replacement of all hard scape.
